Sparks Project

Membership Categories

The SPARKS Network welcomes members from public and private organisations involved in traffic management in EU member states.

If you are considering how to enforce traffic regulations on parking, moving vehicles, congestion charges, road tolls or low emission zones against vehicles registered in other countries, you will benefit from joining the SPARKS Network.

All members receive regular updates on network activities and have opportunities to take part in a varied programme of activities, from seminars and working groups to site visits and research projects.

Full Member

Full membership is open to public bodies directly involved in traffic enforcement and their representative associations: local, regional and national traffic public authorities and police forces. Full members can participate in policy-making meetings of the SPARKS Network and contribute to lobbying plans.

Associate Member

Associate membership is open to public bodies and not-for-profit groups concerned with transport, justice and environmental issues, including government departments, vehicle licensing authorities, academic institutions and think tanks. Associate members benefit from regular updates on cross-border issues and have frequent opportunities to take part in network events.

Commercial Member

Commercial membership is open to private sector organisations involved in traffic enforcement, such as bailiffs, parking and IT companies. Commercial members have similar benefits to associate members, as well as opportunities to raise awareness of what they offer to other network members and the wider enforcement sector.
